Consumer Litigation

Cases brought under the FDCPA and FCRA  are "fee shifting" cases.  This means that the defendant pays the attorney fee for the plaintiff as well as costs, if the plaintiff prevails.  No fee to the client win or lose.  However, I will often ask the client to pay the filing fee.  Call first to discuss the situation for free over the phone.
